Telephone Interviewing
Research America, Inc. contacts respondents by telephone. Their answers then can be entered into the computer or written on paper, depending on the clients choice of format.

Mail to Telephone Interviewing
Research America, Inc. sends respondents packets of information through the mail and then contacts them by telephone about said information. Again, their answers can be entered into the computer or written on paper, depending on the clients choice of format.

In-person Interviewing
Research America, Inc. approaches respondents on the street, in restaurants, or by any other means, and asks them about a certain product or issue. Their opinions are then recorded by the interviewer onto paper and can be entered into the computer before sent to the client.
