As an Interviewer, you are seated in front of a computer with the scripted survey and telephone numbers displayed on the monitor. Your job is to dial the displayed numbers and attempt to complete a survey. A paid training is provided to familiarize you with our program as well as techniques used to complete a survey. No prior computer experience is necessary. At your training, you will fill out all necessary government forms (W-4, I-9, etc.) as well as a work schedule. You decide when you work. As long as we have open seats for a given shift, you may choose to work that shift. You are able to work between 16 hours to 40 hours per week. We offer the following shifts (you may choose Day Shift or Night Shift, not both):
(weekend shifts are considered: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday day or night) Our work week begins on Saturday and ends on Friday. We publish our schedule for the coming work week on the Wednesday prior to said week. If you find you cannot work a given shift, you have the option of filling out a temporary schedule change, but this must be done prior to our publishing the schedule for the coming week. If the date has already passed, you may still call-out but are obligated to give a make-up shift to work. Paychecks are given out every other Friday. The payrate is hourly; you get paid the same whether you complete 100 surveys or only 10 surveys. If you have any additional questions or you wish to set up an appointment to fill out an application, please contact the appropriate person at the phone numbers listed on the Locations page. |
